Lead Times
Lead times represent the time necessary to fabricate a piece. All lead times start at the date of written client approval of design drawings & AWM receipt of deposit, whichever is later. Time spent revising drawings prior to final approval will delay lead times. We can not guarantee that design changes can be made after approval and changes will likely delay delivery dates.
Clients must inspect the piece within 5 days of arrival. In the event an item needs to be returned upon delivery due to defect or shipping damage, the client must reuse the original crate. If the crate has been discarded, the client is responsible for re-crating costs. If the item was damaged during third-party assembly or installation, the client is responsible for all costs associated with re-crating and re-shipping the item.

AWM shall not be held liable for any personal or property damage due to improper product use, design flaws, defects or 3rd party installation of any piece.
Pricing & refunds
Crating, shipping, and delivery are not included unless noted. Prices may vary based on final design.
Refunds are subject to AWM discretion & not given after fabrication begins.
Payment of any invoice shall be regarded as acceptance and acknowledgment of these terms.
